GST rate cuts: No reduction of prices? Complain via WhatsApp, toll free number

Consumers who haven’t experienced the benefits of the recent GST rate cut can now file complaints through various channels, including the National Consumer Helpline and the INGRAM portal. The GST structure was simplified in September, reducing prices on 99% of commonly used goods.
