‘Relieved from services’: Britannia CEO Varun Berry steps down; Rakshit Hargave to take over from December 15

Varun Berry has stepped down as Britannia’s executive vice-chairman, MD, and CEO after a decade of significant growth. The company announced his departure, effective November 10, 2025. Rakshit Hargave will take over as the new CEO and MD from December 15, 2025, with Natarajan Venkataraman serving as interim CEO.
