Bharat Coking Coal Ltd’s IPO saw strong demand, subscribed 33.6 times by Monday, with non-institutional and retail investors driving the surge. The Rs 1,071-crore offer for sale by Coal India is part of the government’s divestment strategy. The issue, priced between Rs 21-23, closes Tuesday.
