India’s fuel exports fall 21% in October: Domestic demand surges; HPCL and Nayara hit by disruptions

Nayara Energy’s exports were also constrained by sanctions. While diesel exports declined, petrol sales saw a healthy increase, indicating mixed domestic consumption trends.
